This afternoon, with a friend, we got out to fish. According to the forecast, it should have rained all day, but this time again it turned out to be wrong. The weather was sunny, warm, a gentle breeze was blowing, and there was no hint of rain.
Today, I used the Maximus Egoist-Z 662UL rod as a working tool.
The first thing they went to the place of a friend, which he praised me very much. In general, the sea was calm, a slight overrun, but there was a lot of turbidity. Nevertheless, more or less clean places we still found and proceeded to their fishing. They ran into a jig and all its variations, tried to catch on a pilker, but after 2 hours of fishing, a friend caught a small horse mackerel and that was all. Then they decided to change the place of fishing and went to an already checked place with a parallel breakwater.
In these places, the water was noticeably cleaner, but because of the weekend on the sea there were quite a lot of vacationers. We get up on the proven breakwater, I started fishing with a jigrig weighing 1.2 grams and an edible imitation of the nereis worm. After a couple of casts, bite, brisk resistance, and here is the first greenfinch on the shore.
Comrade also goes from zero. There was clearly more fish in the checked place, and today apparently at the point rulena dominated. The fish are not very large, lively and with a nice color.
Then I start to catch the small bay from large plates near the coast, and literally from a dozen casts I manage to catch three more small greenbacks and a very small caress.
The point suddenly stopped working, and I began to catch other places. In general, they worked well, single bites, but present. The situation is clearly more fun than in our first place.
I decide to try fishing at a longer distance. Nevertheless, in the place of fishing, the bottom is strewn with stones and various jig heads, cheburashki and heavier jigrig will stick among them, so I decide to try texas. I have already tried using Texas equipment at sea, but previously it did not bring any result. And so the bait flies right beneath a parallel shoreline breakwater, daring bite and the same daring resistance. Got a bigger lascivier.
In general, today I did not regret at all that I took the Maximus Egoist-Z 662UL with me. Spinning is very versatile and allows you to use a variety of baits and accessories. In Texas, I also did not disappoint. Soon another greenfinch comes across.
In the evening, the fish "turned off", and we decided to finish fishing. Caught after moving only a couple of hours, but the bite was quite active. So you should never stagnate in one place if there is no fish, experiments and search will do their job.
