Once again I got out onto a mountain river in search of a chub. This time I checked, as they say, distant frontiers. Arrived at the place by 8 in the morning, the sun had just risen from behind the mountains, but still cool enough – around +6. When he went down to the river, he was very surprised, so the river was completely dry. The first hour of fishing turned out to be a walk along a dry riverbed. Only upstream, found pits with water. The first casts were ineffective, although the chub went on the bait, but did not dare to attack. He put the bait more compactly – the ZipBaits Rigge 35F lure, he repeatedly shot at an inactive chub, especially in the fall. Things started, although the chub is very cautious – at first it slowly chases the wobbler, about two meters, and only after it attacks it. By clear water, it is very interesting to watch the bites. On the way I had to overcome several canyons, very beautiful places. A photo cannot convey all the beauty – it must be seen live. Since the canyons are almost completely hidden from the sun, the temperature there is much lower, not even much frozen. He walked upstream for about 5 km, time was running out, it was necessary to return. I almost didn’t catch it on the way back, I caught a couple of small chubs in only one hole. In total, about a dozen chubs are counted, all are caught on the ZipBaits Rigge 35F and safely released into the river.
