The first autumn fishing

Autumn. There are significantly fewer tourists on the coast, and this, of course, is especially pleasing to the fisherman. On the beaches, it has become quieter, calmer, there are no crowds of vacationers and in more relaxed conditions you can enjoy your favorite thing. This is my first fall on the coast, and I don’t know what exactly to expect from it. Although, something new and unknown, it is always interesting. We will delve into the autumn southern life. Today was a great warm weather, and in the evening I decided to take a walk along the proven breakwaters on the beach nearby from the apartment. The sea was calm, the wind was practically absent.
Immediately went to the longest point of the route and gradually shifted to the exit from the beach. At first, I decided to catch a little bottom. The first two breakwaters brought only a couple of bites and that's all. The third pleased a couple of small scorpions, they were caught on a Merega Zokku in blue on a gram jig head.

Further in one of the boxes I found a flipping jig head weighing 1.5 grams. Many also call them "shaggy jig." I tried to put it in freshwater conditions – there was no result. For fun, I decided to try the sea. I equipped it with a caterpillar-like tweeter Merega Bubble Slug-Mag. The first bite did not have to wait long, but already at the surface there was a gathering, it was a scorpion. At the next posting there was a meeting with croaker. Suddenly, the fish began to pit the friction clutch, I tried to hold it in place, but then it nevertheless popped into one of the cracks of the breakwater and alas, it all ended with a frayed cord … the fluorocarbon leash did not help. I would not say that the croaker was large, but today I was fishing with a cord in # 0.15 diameter, and it turned out to be slightly thin for such fishing, and I just did not have the total power of the gear to normally hold the fish.
There were no more such jig heads with me, and I began to use the same bait on a simple jig head. Soon he caught another small scorpion.

Then an affectionate began to overcome me. I bit a half of the first bait … the second … the third … In the end, I understand that now I simply have to catch this bastard, which prevents me from catching the scorpion properly. I put the hinge and pink Merega Crazy Head and from the first cast I come across the culprit of all these acts.

The strangest thing is that there were no more bites of crucian carp. Vryatli, he stole here alone, apparently when I was caught I just somehow frightened off his flock. Having reached the last breakwater, I decided to pay attention to horse mackerel. And today this fish was very moody! On many baits there were pinching, sluggish bites, I pulled some fish a couple of meters and they went. And again, the pink Crazy Head on the light-accumulating jig head helped me out. It was this combination that worked best. But I caught no more than a dozen horse mackerels on this bait, but it was at least some result.

At midnight, it was decided to finish fishing. In general, the exit was not bad. Autumn season is open!
