Another exit to the Black Sea coast. This time I got out already in the morning, as the main goal of today's fishing was laskir. It is this fish that makes me wake up at 3 in the morning and sleepy to go a little more than a kilometer to the sea. But definitely worth it. If, of course, this toothy fish pleases with its cool.
Today I arrived at the planned breakwater at about 4 o’clock in the morning, there was a run-up, the water was still quite muddy. Today I used the following kit for fishing: Apia Grandage Lite 68/5 + Shimano 19'Vanquish c2000sss + Thirty 34 Four Advancement Pinky 0.25. It starts to get light at about 5 in the morning, so I could devote an hour to horse mackerel. I began to catch in the classics with a yellow BlockHead’a from Merega, but I managed to earn only a sluggish bite. The next 3 lures did not produce any result at all. Next, I decided to try to reduce the size of the bait and put a bright pink Merega Crazy Head on a gram jig head. And on the second posting in the middle layers of water I catch the first horse mackerel.
And then I needed to do everything just the same. Casting, I let the bait of the meter go deep by 3, and I begin leisurely wiring with medium-sized tosses. The next 15 minutes of fishing brought me about a dozen horse mackerels, the size was quite good.
When the biting verse began to dawn. Today, crucian carp did not want to show itself for a very long time. Usually the first individuals come across only in the dawn minutes, but today the first caught only when it became completely light around. The same Crazy Head worked, but already on a hinge with a 1.7 gram load. Soon, the crucians began to destroy Crazy Heads too quickly, the proposed stretch they did not want. And the Merega Hot Chili Minnow mini-shank rescued me all in the same bright pink color.
And I caught all further crucians on this bait. In general, after freshwater fishing it is very interesting to fish at sea, and there seems to be a lot of similarities in fishing, but at the same time, the differences are often enormous. Even today, the best thing I have seen is a bright pink color, and this color as a whole works on the sea often. But in freshwater fishing, this color didn’t save fishing, but generally it worked extremely rarely. And this is far from the only moment that I noticed in rock fishing, there are many similar examples. They relate to fishing style, fishing conditions, lures and their presentation.
As a result, over the morning we managed to persuade a dozen carers. In general, the morning exit was quite successful, and the horse mackerel was quite pleasant, and the size of the caress was generally quite good. Great morning with a pink fish mood.
