    Recipe of fish soup from carp step by step

    Step 1:

    Cut off the head and the tail, then gut the carcass of the fish. Rinse with cold water and place in the prepared pan. Here you will need to pour 3 l of cold water, pour peas pepper, Bay leaf and put on fire. Once the soup begins to boil on the stove, remove the foam, reduce the heat and simmer the broth for about another half hour.

    Important! At the moment when the broth starts to boil, don’t touch the fish or disturb the water, otherwise not be able to remove the foam and the soup will become cloudy.

    It is also not recommended to cook soup on high heat, due to the active boil the broth can become cloudy, and the fish pieces to crumble.

    Step 2:

    While cooking fish, you should start preparing the potatoes. It will require roughly chopped.

    Step 3:

    Step 4:
